Warm Sunshine & Playful Theme – On-Site Party Decor Service

Description

This service provides a complete, on-site setup featuring a playful, sunshine-inspired theme. Included materials consist of a flat paper sun backdrop (made from thickened 300g cardstock with high-definition digital printing and rounded, die-cut edges, suitable for 2–4 meter walls), fabric tablecloths, latex balloons, dried floral ornaments, and wooden rainbow-and-cloud decorations. The balloons feature a matte finish in assorted sizes, while the dried florals undergo a dehydration and color-fixing process to resist fading. Wooden accents are crafted from solid wood—laser-cut, sanded, and finished with eco-friendly water-based paint. After the order is placed, we assess the venue and style preferences to create a comprehensive implementation plan. Our team then handles the on-site installation, including backdrop mounting, balloon arrangements, dessert table styling, and floral placement, concluding with a final walkthrough to ensure the desired effect. Designed specifically for children’s celebrations, the setup is scalable to fit various indoor spaces, delivering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
